The Gforce Awards celebrate the achievements of Apprentices and Trainees and their Host Employers who help us to realise our purpose - to place more people into more jobs, through being a leading provider of innovative employment services. The judging committee highlighted the calibre of entrants and the support they receive from the Gforce Apprentice & Trainee division. Daniel Aarons placed at Kings Cars was named Apprentice of the Year and Anis Gul Mohammad Ali placed at St John of God Hospital Geelong was named Trainee of the Year.

Victorian Government commits to long term support of apprentices through the group training industry. The Victorian Premier the Hon. Daniel Andrews and the Hon. Steve Herbert, Minister for Training and Skills announced in Geelong earlier today that the Victorian Government will commit to provide $9.3million in funding over the next 3 years to support Victorian group training organisations employ apprentices and trainees.
