Strategies 4 Excellence specialises in School Based Traineeships for students completing their studies in Years 10, 11 and 12.

Strategies 4 Excellence, part of the Gforce Employment Solutions group, provides career pathways to students by employing them as School Based Trainees.  This provides a flexible way of moving from school into the work place.

Strategies 4 Excellence:

• Is the legal employer of the students and therefore takes on all employment responsibilities including payroll and taxation.
• Places the student with a Host Employer.
• Organises the relevant training program with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
