There are 2 ways to employ an Apprentice or Trainee. 

The hassle free way is to take a Gforce Apprentice or Trainee.  Under this model Gforce becomes the legal employer hiring the Apprentice or Trainee, taking on the responsibility of administration, payroll and other obligations assoicated with employement.  We then place them with a 'host' employer

Should you choose to employ your Apprentice or Trainee directly, Gfor can assist with the legal sign-up of the Apprentice or Trainee under our Apprentice Centre.

Our dedicated team can visit the workplace to provide clear and concise information, assistwith any financial incentive entitlements and link with the chosed Registered Training Organisation.
