Why become a Gforce Apprentice or Trainee?

• You are employed by Gforce.  We take care of all your employment responsibilities.
• Wages are paid under the correct Award & any Special Allowances that fit under your certificate will be paid accordingly
• We ensure that your correct & timely super payment is forwarded to your chosen superfund as per Government Guidelines (choose of fund maybe determined by trade)
• Each Apprentice or Trainee is designated an Industry Consultant who is there to assist you with any issue or problem they may have.
• If your Host Employer does not require your services you will be handed back to us and we will attempt to place you with another Host Employer, therefore minimising downtime.
• Training is organised through Gforce.
• Overall general mentoring and support is given throughout the duration of you r Apprenticeship or Traineeship.
