Gforce recruits and legally employs Apprentices and Trainees to fill vacancies lodged by Host Employers.
Following the lodgement of a vacancy by an Employer, Gforce goes through the process of identifying candidates is provided to the Host Employer, who then makes the final selection.
The successful candidate is then employed by Gforce to complete their Apprenticeship or Traineeship with the Host workplace who provides the relevant on the job training and supervision.
The Apprentice or Trainee also undertakes training with a Registered Training Organisation. This training may be on the job, off the job or a combination of both.
What you need to include to register
This letter needs your Resume and should introduce
you and explain what Australian Apprenticeship/s you are interested in,
why you have an interest in that/those fields and why you think you
would be suited to that/those particular apprenticeship/s or
We need an up to date copy of your resume. This should include your personal details, your education, skills and experience and any other information supporting your interest. It should also include details of any referees you may wish to provide.

What happens next
Expressions of interest are kept on our Gforce database for a period of 6 months. After this period, you will need to complete a new Expression of Interest.
As vacancies arise that match you area of interest, our consultants will consider you for these vacancies against the criteria supplied by the Host workplace. If you match the expectations of the Host Employer you may be contacted to ascertain your interest in the position and then put into the recruitment process.
Under certain circumstances you may be required to attend an interview with a consultant and / or undertake an aptitude test. You will be notified if this is the case.
