Target 100
A Gforce and Community partnered program that helps disadvantaged youth from Geelong's northern suburbs change their lives through Apprenticeships & Traineeships.
Gforce & our community partners provide a $1000 incentive to the Apprentice or Trainee upon completion of the 1st year as well as providing additional post-placement support in terms of community 'buddies' as well as our Industry Consultants. The program also covers any pre-entry learning that may be required and payment of trade school fees.
In addition to the placement support of our Industry Consultants Gforce offers the Host Employer the equivelant of 4 week's base wage upon completion of the 1st year.

Gforce is proud to announce our sponsorship of the Geelong Football Club's Gforce Cats in the Community". This program's key focus is on creating change in the local community with an emphasis on young people. Key outcomes include empo9owering youth withthe knoweldge and ability to make change in their lives and the lives of others.
