There are 2 ways to employ an Apprentice or Trainee. Under the Group Training model, Gforce becomes the legal employer hiring the Apprentice or Trainee, taking on the responsibility of administration, payroll and other obligations associated with employment. We then place them with a 'host' employer
Under the Apprentice Centre model, Gforce can assist with the sign-up of the Apprentice or Trainee for the employer.
Our dedicated team can visit the workplace to provide clear and concise information, assist with any financial incentive entitlements and link with the chosen Registered Training Organisation.
